- Creative Direction: Define and articulate the artistic vision and creative direction for projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and creative teams, to align creative concepts with business
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of artists, designers, and creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth and development.
- Concept Development: Generate and develop creative concepts, themes, and visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and convey key messages effectively. Brainstorm ideas, sketch concepts, and explore design possibilities to bring concepts
- Artistic Direction: Provide artistic direction and oversee the execution of visual assets, including illustrations, graphics, photographs, videos, animations, and multimedia content. Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
- Design Strategy: Develop design strategies and guidelines to inform the creation of cohesive and impactful visual identities, branding elements, and design systems. Establish standards for typography, color palettes, imagery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content production, to integrate visual design elements seamlessly into broader initiatives and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on project objectives and expectations.
- Creative Execution: Lead by example in producing high-quality and innovative creative work, from initial concept development to final execution. Utilize a variety of design tools, software, and techniques to create visually stunning and emotionally
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to inform and inspire creative strategies and approaches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in design.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Art & Design or similar fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in art direction or design management are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house creative department. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns is required.
- Exceptional artistic and design skills, with a deep understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, is essential.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver exceptional work. Ability to communicate vision, provide constructive feedback, and drive collaboration across diverse tea
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives and marketing goals into effective creative solutions. Experience developing creative strategies, briefs, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and design decisions persuasively to internal teams and external partners.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
