Job Description
- To ensure that all recreation are recreations to them are carried out in a manner of ensuring that all policies and procedures are carried out with the staff in their areas of concern.
- Assist guest with problems, complaints, requests and follow-ups.
- Supervise the maintenance of the recreations installations within the resort complex, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Is fully conversant with all first aid, health, safety, fire and emergency procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in 5 stars/ branded hotel
- Must fully understand Forbes standards of Health club, and experience in handling Forbes guests.
- Can swim ; be willing to work in the outdoor pool. With CPR certification
- Good Communication in English. Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
- Strong oral communication skills, presentable, and NO tattoo
