Job Description
- Ensure that the quality texture and appearance of the products meet the operation manual.
- Report immediately to direct supervisor, any defective failure of any machines and equipment in the restaurant.
- To follow safety procedures of the restaurant.
- Cook & prepare raw material as per guidelines
- Carry out any assignment given by his supervisor/manager.
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
- Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests.
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
- Practice good customer relations.
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment.
- Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
- Preferably with experience in parties, events and balloon decorations
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With Experience in Food and Beverage Industry
- With Good English Communication Skills
