Job Description
- Directs skilled and semi-skilled workers engaged in building small structures or in altering, repairing, and painting existing buildings
- Supervises the maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical, and other plant equipment. Supervises the maintenance of grounds and outside structures.
- Prepares work reports concerning types of repairs made, materials used, and cost of completed work assignments; purchases parts, tools, and supplies. Maintains inventory of materials and equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Graduation from a standard high school. Considerable experience in the building trades, including responsible supervisory experience in building maintenance and repair work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience
