Job Description
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and Manage online reservations.
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Must have a experience in a hotel or luxurious resorts.
