Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive-level management.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Secretarial or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven Experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is highly desirable
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), calendar management software, and collaboration platforms.
