Job Description
- Estimate the cost of materials labour, and equipment for construction projects, using contract bids, quotations, drawings and specifications
- Decide how the tendering procedure will work, recommend tenders and conduct negotiations.
- Keep track of the projects costs and budget.
- Work with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors
- manage and co-ordinate construction projects.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction related qualifications
