Job Description
- Responsible for develop the tender/project master program and detailed construction/working program for various civil packages and overall civil projects, prepare outline method statements and schemes of works
- Responsible for liaise with subcontractors and consultants to ensure that detailed works package program is following the master program
- Responsible for monitor the site progress, prepare short-term program and update the master program, with particular attention to any changes in critical path activities
- Responsible for controlling the budget, formulating budget plans and cost control strategies and supervising the implementation of the budget
- Responsible for leading and managing the project team, coordinating the work of team members, and ensuring that the project progress and quality meet the requirements
- Responsible for regularly reporting the progress and status of the project to the client and management, and communicating and coordinating with relevant parties
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification
- With 6 years' site experience from large-scale projects in planning and design works
- Experience in planning software – MS Project & Primavera is preferred
