Job Description
- You will assist the Assistant Manager, Quantity Surveying in the pre-contract or post-contract and procurement administration.
- Involve in budgeting, controlling of cash flow and costs.
- Process progress of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Quantity Survey or similar fields.
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Civil Engineering or its equivalent with 3-6 years’ relevant working experience in Consultant company
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge of the market updates and construction cost trend
