Job Description
- Primary responsibility is to ensure that all items are cleaned effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring that all items are washed, dried, and ironed properly
- Folding, Hanging, and Packaging Laundered Items: Once the laundry has been cleaned and dried, you will fold, hang, or package them and ready them for use
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety Standards: You will keep the laundry area clean, organized, and safe. You will ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly used and stored
- Keeping an Inventory of Supplies and Equipment: You are responsible for keeping track of supplies such as detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners. You will also maintain the laundry facility’s equipment and ensure that it is properly functioning
- Handling Customer Requests and Complaints: As a Laundry Attendant, you will interact with customers and handle their requests, questions, and complaints
- Operating Laundry Equipment: You must be knowledgeable in operating laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, irons, and steamers. You must be able to troubleshoot common problems that may arise
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Preferable applicants from CEBU
- Has strong will to work very flexible working hoours and has the ability to work under pressure
- Have basic knowledge in washing, dry-cleaning, pressing processes, chemical and equipment usage
