Job Description
- • Coordinates the overall Administrative activities of the OH's office.
- • Drafts and finalizes correspondence emails on behalf of the OH.
- • Receives, coordinates and replies to incoming mails, emails and faxes accordingly.
- • Handles company email and send inquiries as per department concerned.
- • Follows up on agreements / contracts renewals in coordination with legal department.
- • Communicates and liases with new agencies of interest to the Business Unit.
- • Manages electronic calendar, make appointments and schedule meetings.
- • Make travel arrangements and reservations for the OH.
- • Performs other related duties/projects as assigned by the OH.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Secretarial or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
