Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the company operations.
- Establish a strong collaborative relationship with all clients and higher management.
- Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, managing various project management, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
- To ensure that key processes and practices are implemented effectively throughout the company operation. Monitor and train personnel, manage quality assurance, and develop workflows.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Commerce; Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.
- With bachelor's and master's degrees in operations management.
- Production experience in the relevant industry for 15 years.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Knowledge of business management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Fantastic Information Technology skills.
