Job Description
- Assigned in plant maintenance or shutdown/turnaround projects of company clients (Sabic Affiliates and Private Chemical and Petrochemical Companies).
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and overhauling of rotating equipment such as blowers, pumps, compressors, fans, turbines, gear boxes, mixers and others.
- Responsible in the installation, repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, working at elevated heights.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With remarkable experience in plant maintenance or shutdown / turnaround projects.
- Able to read drawings and follow instructions to install / remove rotating equipment or parts, set, align and test run rotating equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot and analyze equipment problems with knowledge on various types of mechanical seals and methods of repair/replacement.
