Job Description
- Attending and assisting guest queries in a professional and appropriate manner
- Complying with company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Processing all guest check-ins and check-outs including payments
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Prior experience in the luxury hospitality, tourism or service industry preferred
- Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
- Hospitality Guest Relations or VIP Service experience is an advantage
