Mixing and kneading dough to the appropriate consistency.
Shaping and molding dough into various shapes and sizes.
Baking and cooking dough and other ingredients to the correct temperature and texture.
Decorating and garnishing baked goods with icing, frosting, and other toppings.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning baking equipment and surfaces.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborating with other kitchen staff, such as pastry chefs and sous chefs, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in baking and pastry arts.
Providing excellent customer service to customers and clients.

A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
