Job Description
- Supervising and managing the janitorial staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
- Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that the facility is well-maintained and issues are resolved.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to janitorial services.
- Maintaining records and reports related to janitorial operations.
- Providing feedback to the janitorial staff on their performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed by the janitorial staff.
- Assisting in the development and management of the janitorial budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in janitorial management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Can converse in English language
