Supervising and managing the janitorial staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.
Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and facilities management, to ensure that the facility is well-maintained and issues are resolved.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to janitorial services.
Maintaining records and reports related to janitorial operations.
Providing feedback to the janitorial staff on their performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed by the janitorial staff.
Assisting in the development and management of the janitorial budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in janitorial management.

A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
