Supervising and managing the housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.

Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with supplies
Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the established standards.
Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure that guest needs are met and issues are resolved.
Developing and managing the housekeeping budget, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Ensuring that all safety and security procedures are followed by the housekeeping staff.
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues related to housekeeping services.
Maintaining records and reports related to housekeeping operations.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to the housekeeping staff.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.

A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.

Female applicants are preferred for this role.
