Job Description
- Specialized in Subdivision settings: Roads, Storm Water, Sewage Lines, Drainages, Power Lines, Telecommunication Lines, Gas line
- Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
- Verifying data and calculations. Recording results of surveys. Calculating the measurements of sites.
- Obtaining advice from and providing information to clients and management about design, size, materials and costs associated with new buildings and alterations to existing buildings
- Consulting with professionals and clients about external area designs, costs and construction
- Designing and compiling map manuscripts using digital and graphical source material such as aerial photographs, satellite imagery, survey documents, existing maps and records, and reports and statistics
- Planning and designing land subdivision projects
- Must have an experience using Total Station & GPS Leicia survey Equipment is a must.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Can confidently speak and understand the English language.
