Job Description
- Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related (MEPFS) works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, methodology and safety
- Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any job.
- Estimates, prepares take offs & requisitions, and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution
- Spreadheads a team of skilled tradesmen: HVAC Technicians, Sheetmetal Workers, Plumbers, Pipe Fitters and related crew to accomplish a common goal to satisfy MEPFS Scopes of works
- Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager/superintendent/department head for approval prior to execution at site.
- Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site
- Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and interfaces the works to related trades (i.e civil, structural, architectural, electrical, etc)
- Liase with suppliers, solutions providers, and subcontractors on technical and field related matters.
- Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- 5 solid years of experience as MEPFS
