Job Description
- Assist the Bar Captain and/or Bar TL with day-to-day operation of the bar
- Prepare, present and serve beverages efficiently according to established standard
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area
- Perform cashiering duty for cash bar operation
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- With basic knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- Fluent in English, basic Cantonese or Mandarin is advantage
