Job Description
- Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
- Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Support restaurant operations in achieving all goals and key performance objectives
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Able to speak / communicate in Mandarin is a plus!
