Job Description
- Assign staff to shifts & Hire and train staff. Motivate staff members during busy shifts.
- Monitor and supervise the overall operation of the branch/retail outlet. Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Listen and respond to customers' complaints. Prepare daily sales report of the branch/retail outlet.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Prior experience in retail. Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
