Job Description
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and effectively handle customer problems and improve customer satisfaction.
- To provide guests and residents with directions and information regarding the hotel's facilities, services, hours of operation, and customer interests and events.
- Make sure to serve different customers in all areas of the lobby.
- Greet clients with a smile, and a friendly attitude, and by their first name whenever possible.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Ladies must be 165cm tall or above.
- Men need to be 170cm tall or above
