Job Description
- Follows a planned bus route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off passengers.
- Collects fares and answers questions about the bus route.
- Communicates with the dispatcher via two-way radio during the route; provides updates to the dispatcher and reports emergencies, traffic patterns, or accidents.
- Assists passengers on and off the bus when help is needed.
- Visually inspects the bus before beginning the days assigned route.
- Reports any mechanical issues with the bus such as brakes, steering, or other issues.
- Prepares an observation report when shift is finished.
- Delivers fares to the cashier office.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- 3 years experience of driving a Bus with Certificate of Employment
- Passport holder not expiring for the next 5 years
- Driver's license restriction code atleast 1, 2, 3. and whilling to upgrade to 8
- English listening and talking skills for interview
