Job Description
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
- Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with executive chef, helps in the design of food and drink menu.
- Proven 3 years experienced as SOUS CHEF with Certificate of Employment preferably in Hotel or Restaurant
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- 5'2" Height / Fair complexion / With pleasing personality/ With NC II
