Job Description
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
- Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages ,Arrange for repairs when necessary and remedy any problems or defects.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- 5'2" Height / Fair complexion / With pleasing personality/ With NC II
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management and Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
- Proven 3 years experienced as HEAD CHEF with Certificate of Employment preferably in Hotel or Restaurant.
