Job Description
- Ensuring that reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines Coordinating activities between incoming and outgoing groups to ensure that they are well accommodated throughout their stay
- Managing the reservations department staff, including hiring new employees as needed organizing and overseeing all reservations activities.
- Ensuring the accuracy of information in company databases related to client data, reservations, payments, and other records Working with marketing staff to develop new products or services to meet customer needs
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- 5'2" Height / Fair complexion / With pleasing personality
- College Graduate of HRM / Tourism or or equivalent professional training
