Job Description
- • 1 year of Receptionist experience in a 3-5 star luxury hotel is preferred or similar experience in guest handling any other service industry could be considered depending on other personality attributes of the candidates
- • Have a working knowledge of Opera or any other hotel reservation system, Excel, and Word could be preferred but is not essential for a right candidate from any other industry
- • Basic typing skills and able to input and access data in the computer • Fluent in both written and spoken English
- • Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time during the shift • Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis • Ability to work on overtime when needed
- • Take responsibility of the front office to ensure smooth and efficient operation at all times • Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities
- • Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriate • Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- 5'2" Height / Fair complexion / With pleasing personality
- College Graduate of HRM / Tourism or or equivalent professional training
