Job Description
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- With good communication skills; with basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Multi-tasking; hands on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of cooking techniques/recipes/creative flair/work quickly
- Good knowledge in SOPs, recipes etc.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
