Job Description
- Purchase Officer will aggregate groups restaurant requisition and evaluate them versus stock on hand and budgetary constraints.
- After communicating with restaurants, the individual will make assessment on purchase needs.
- Continuously monitor stock level and ensure proper storage is maintained.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Adept in the use of computers, excel, emails and chat.
- Fast in typing and with strong communicator.
- Attentive to details with an eye for quality control.
- Knowledge of cost control and food costs.
- Strong organizational and administration skills.
