JERR Services and Trading Corporation, established in 1989, is an able-bodied committed to provide quality manpower services by virtue of the authority and license granted by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) under the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) to undertake and manage the recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers, fulfill the manpower requirements of local and foreign firms, and provide them services in doing business in the Philippines. Because the global labor market experiencing profound changes and facing numerous challenges, JERR in early 2005 embarked on a market diversification strategy. It is exploring markets other than Japan and Southeast Asia to take advantage of the increased demand for overseas labor brought about by liberalization, and to tap into a growing pool of Filipino professionals and semi-skilled and skilled workers.
