Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer
  
• Minimum 5 Years in any manufacturing company, oracle knowledge is an advantage. Microsoft Excel advance knowledge is a must
  
• CAD / Solid Works is an advantage

Task Description:

• Responsible for Implementation of Integrated Management System (Planning Module) and implementation of the process as per ISO standards.
  
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials, machine and labor resources capacity
  
• Prepare cost plans to enable Engineering / R&D design teams to produce practical designs for product, which involves liaising with production, R&D,
• Sales and Engineering Department.
  
• Prepare bills of materials, engineering drawings, specifications and develop standards of the product produce.
  
• Control all stages of production of the R&D products and evaluate the final materials, machine and labor resources utilize on the project, and submit the final report for the overall project cost and product Cost.
  
• Monitor and keep track the production Job Orders within the approve cost, as per define materials, machine and labor resources.
  
• Submit the consolidated reports to the immediate superiors daily, monthly and yearly.
  
• Carry out the monthly valuation of the work in progress, including the forecasting of the final cost.
  
• Make sure that the Estimated Time of Completion for all Job Card are meet as per plan schedule.
  
• Report the shortage of resources to immediate superior that will affect the schedule of delivery
  
• Recommend the counter measure to cover up the delayed in the schedule of delivery
  
• File and preserve the ISO documents as per approved retention period (10 Years) both soft and hard copy
  
• File the documents as per approve label for both Hard copy and soft copy for easy traceability.
  
• Make sure the Implementation of Daily/Weekly Incoming Delivery Schedule Report
  
• Committed to contribute and implement the integrated management system and be aware of hazards, identify hazards and use of control measures
