1. To perform all radiographic procedures assign for diagnostic & interventions.

          quality radiograph images, etc.

Processing of data acquired during procedures.

2. Assumes responsibility for patient care and safety to prevent unwanted accident. .
     a.  Ensures  safe and appropriate use of the angiographic bi-plane X-ray machines.

          Ensures all members of the team observe and follow radiation protection safety

          practice utilizing the available radiation protection shields & accessories to avoid

          accidental radiation exposure by self  and patient as well.  Complies with the

          Radiation Protection Unit  for  the regulations and protocols  regarding  X-Ray 

          hazards and precautions.

3. Fully equipped with the technical knowledge of X-Ray machine operations and

       Acquisition and transfer of images/data and  storage, etc. Archiving of data

       or images through off and on-line networking system.
   7. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of x-ray procedure room  after each use.

       Reports malfunctions and breakdowns of equipments to immediate supervisor.
   8. To response during emergency as needed, e.g.  CPR or resuscitation measure.
   9. Complies with Hamad Medical Corporation policies and procedure and in

       particular infection control, safety and quality management.

 10. Participates in the On-Calls for emergency procedures.
 11. Performs other duties as requested. 

Qualifications:

Education

Minimum:

Others:

Preferred: Graduate of BS  Rad.Tech.

Others: Other related field but has good knowledge & background

obtained from accredited or

recognized center for training.

Experience

Minimum  3  years  in cardiovascular procedures

and interventions using biplanes radiology equipments both pediatric and adult cases.

Computer Skills

Intermediate

Others: Networking

Required Certification / Licensure / Registration

Currently licensed to practice.

Others: Registered, ILS, BLS.
