• The candidate must have a direct experience working in a Restaurant preferably in GCC/Middle East for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure profitability of the & restaurant at all time through up selling and controlling the wastage.
• Supervise the service of the clients and ensure that the service protocol is strictly followed and the staff is committed to high standards of performance.
• Ensure that the  operates efficiently and effectively within the company’s guidelines.
• Respond to guests’ comment and criticism in a constructive and positive manner.
• Ensure all reports, documentations and other information required are submitted in accurate manner.
• Maintain a team oriented environment.
• Purchase orders and invoices.
