Job Description
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, intake and output, and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Accompany residents to appointments, therapy sessions, and recreational activities when required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- ✔ Physically fit to work in a nursing home environment
- NC II Healthcare Certificate Holder
- Minimum 1 year hospital or healthcare experience
- ✔ Experience in Medical-Surgical, Psychiatric, or Geriatric Care
