Job Description
- Assist in the overall performance of company operations and support the planning and execution of business activities.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of managers, supervisors and operational teams.
- Manage concrete batching mix designs, production, quality control, sales and delivery.
- Oversee cement, aggregates and admixtures procurement, logistics, inventory control and sales.
- Support capital and periodic budgeting, product pricing and cost control.
- Monitor overhead costs and contribute to sales and marketing strategy.
- Oversee maintenance, utilization and security of facilities and equipment.
- Support staff recruitment, management and training.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service and support.
- Design, implement, monitor and maintain operational processes and systems and analyze operational data.
- Support risk management, safety and environmental standards.
- Ensure operational activities comply with applicable requirements and company standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Proven competency in the handling and placement of concrete in the field, as well as selling concrete, cement and aggregates and providing excellent customer service and support.
- Proficiency in ready-mixed concrete industry-specific software for the management of production, sales, deliveries and equipment.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Experience managing multi-plant, ready-mixed concrete batching operations.
