Job Description
- 1. Routine & Preventive Maintenance :Conduct regular equipment inspections and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans to ensure optimal machine condition.
- 2. Troubleshooting & Repair :Perform advanced equipment troubleshooting and execute corrective repairs to minimize production downtime and resolve technical anomalies.
- 3. Functional Enhancement :Analyze and modify equipment structures or functionalities to optimize performance and extend machine lifespan.
- 4. Process & Quality Improvement :Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and production quality through data analysis and technical upgrades.
- 5. PM Proficiency & Management :Demonstrate high technical proficiency in PM procedures and contribute to equipment health management and documentation.
- 6. Maintain and optimize equipment availability and uptime.
- 7. Improve equipment setup efficiency and streamline changeover processes.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Major in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- 3 years related experience from Electronics and Semicon Industry
- Language Skills: English (must), Mandarin (better), Malay(better)
