Job Description
- With experience as Testing Technician in Panelboard and Switchgear manufacturing. Functional testing of components, wiring, and circuits. Physical verification (GA/LA) and point to point check of panels to confirm electrical scheme.
- Ensures proper functionality and performance of panels. Verify the operation of relays, meters, breakers, and control systems. HV & IR Test – Preparation/arrangement for HV &IR testing to confirm electrical scheme.
- Perform functional tests on control and protection panels. Performed after assembly and initial inspections are complete. Functional testing as per scheme to confirm electrical scheme.
- Test equipment such as multimeters, relay testers, and oscilloscopes. Proficiency in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings. Point –point testing as per scheme to confirm electrical scheme.
- Punch list Issue & Verification - Issuing punch list against panel scheme either production mistake or Design mistake to confirm electrical scheme.
- Project wise punch list verification - After implementing punch list, verification as per schematic diagram to confirm electrical scheme.
- Secondary Injection Test (Auxiliary relay) - Auxiliary relay (DC supervision, Timer, Bistable, I/O relay) testing by using Sverker to confirm electrical scheme.
- SAS console testing - SAS console testing (MCB, AC/DC circuit verification), functional verification to confirm electrical scheme. Loose material Verification - Loose material verification, testing, FAT to confirm electrical scheme.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 4 years in the Manufacturing Industry. Preferable Saudi or GCC experience, Filipino experience is also acceptable.
