Job Description
- Experience only is not sufficient for this Job Offer, all applicants must present at least ONE (1) Competent and Verifiable Training Diploma.
- Minimum of TWO (2) years’ Verifiable Certificate of Employment (COE). Must be issued by a prestigious / high end institution or FIVE (5) stars hotels and / or restaurants.
- Must clearly indicate specialization in GOURMET / HIGH-END PASTRY / SWEETS AND / OR BAKERY PRODUCTS..
- Prepare and handle different types of dough and fillings.Bake and prepare various pastries and bakery products.Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of products.
- Operate baking equipment and ovens properly.Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and toolsFollow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Previous experience in pastries and bakery products. Good knowledge of dough preparation and baking methods. Experience in restaurants, bakeries, or hotels is preferred.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Valid Passport "Minimum validity EIGHTEEN (18) Months"
- All Certificates of Employment (COE) must be CLEAR AND VERIFIABLE and must match the criteria asked.
