Job Description
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality are consistently maintained
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during shifts
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance, and shift assignments
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 3–5 years of restaurant experience, including supervisory experience in upper casual or fine casual dining
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
