Job Description
- Prepare and cook steaks, grilled meats, burgers, and other menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards. Ensure proper seasoning, portioning, and cooking temperatures for all dishes. Prepare ingredients and perform daily mise en place bef
- perate kitchen equipment such as grills, charbroilers, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation before serving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times. Assist with inventory checks and proper storage of food products. Minimize food waste and report any shortages or equipment issues.
- Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation and service. Support other kitchen sections when required.
