Job Description
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment used in food production and processing, including Extruders, Fryers, Seasoning, Distribution, Dryers, conveyors , mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery
- Install, maintain, and repair Electrical systems in Utilities like Boilers, Chillers, Air compressors
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality
- Strong knowledge in VFD drives, Converter, HMI operation, Electrical circuit diagrams, A/c, D/C Motors, Servo motors and Servo drives
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on electrical systems.
- Perform repairs and replacements on electrical components, wiring, and circuitry to ensure
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Diploma in Electrical and electronical engineering or Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience as an electrical technician, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, PLCs, and automation equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- English verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and reporting issues.
