Job Description
- Operation of injection molding press: Safely and efficiently operate a reactive injection molding press.
- Mold inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of molds prior to each production cycle to ensure readiness.
- Machine setup: Configure and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, dosing, cycle time) in accordance with production documentation.
- Part finishing: Trim gates and runners using appropriate tools (e.g., knife) and perform additional sanding of parts with abrasives (sandpaper) when required.
- Quality control: Perform visual inspection of finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintenance and cleaning: Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience operating a reactive injection molding press (mandatory).
- Ability to set and monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, dosing, cycle time) according to production documentation.
- Experience in visual quality inspection of molded parts.
- Filipino candidates currently residing in the Philippines.
