Job Description
- Remove dust, grease, and other contaminants from part surfaces.
- Apply appropriate chemical agents to ensure surfaces are properly degreased.
- Use grinders and polishers to achieve the required finish quality.
- Protect parts or areas that must not be painted by applying masking materials.
- Conduct visual inspections prior to painting, identify defects, and perform corrective actions such as filling/puttying.
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with technological procedures.
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations when working with chemicals.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year in surface preparation prior to wet painting (required).
- Ability to perform visual inspections and correct minor surface defects (including filling/puttying).
- Strong understanding of safety and hygiene regulations when handling chemicals.
- Filipino applicants who are currently residing in the Philippines.
