Job Description
- Operate vacuum forming press to shape plastic materials, including preparation and loading of materials.
- Set and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) according to product type and technical documentation.
- Monitor production cycles and ensure consistent quality through visual inspection of finished products.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning, including mold changes and record-keeping for production, defects, and machine upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper handling of equipment and intermediate packaging of parts during production.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience operating a vacuum forming press (mandatory).
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain production machinery, including parameter adjustments per technical documentation.
- Experience with quality control and visual inspection of products.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Filipino applicants who are currently residing in the Philippines.
