Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot kitchen items, including pasta, risotto, soups, sauces, meat, poultry, seafood, and other Italian specialties. Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, seafood, herbs, and sauces according to kitchen
- Maintain daily mise en place to ensure efficient kitchen operations and service. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards established by the restaurant. Assist senior chefs during food service to ensure timely preparation and deli
- Ensure food quality and freshness standards are maintained at all times. Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and stock rotation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage ar
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients. Minimize food waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control. Report shortages, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Work coo
