Job Description
- Triage & Assessment: Rapidly evaluate incoming patients to determine the severity of illness or injury and prioritize care based on urgency
- Resuscitation & Stabilization: Administer life-saving treatments, manage airways, and stabilize vital signs for acute trauma, cardiac arrest, and overdose cases
- Diagnostics & Treatment: Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, CT scans, and EKGs. Formulate immediate and effective care plans.
- Patient Disposition: Determine the next phase of care, whether that involves transferring to surgery, admitting to the ICU, or discharging with home care instructions.
- Team Coordination: Direct nursing staff, consult with various medical specialists, and coordinate with ground or air ambulance teams during patient transport
Job Qualifications

- Candidates must be a Doctorate Degree holder in Medicine or similar fields.
- Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Specialty Training: Completion of a residency or specialized training in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) are typically required.
- Key Skills: High stress tolerance, quick decision-making under pressure, excellent procedural skills, and strong interpersonal communication
