Job Description
- Patient & Family Communication: Deliver clear updates and care instructions often in emotionally charged, high-stress circumstances
- Life-Saving Interventions: Perform critical procedures such as airway management (intubation), defibrillation, chest tube placement, and trauma stabilization.
- Rapid Assessment: Triage and prioritize patients based on the severity of their symptoms and medical conditions
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Doctorate Degree holder in Medicine or similar fields.
- Rapid Assessment: Triage and prioritize patients based on the severity of their symptoms and medical condition
- Clinical Decision-Making: Determine the appropriate next steps for patients, including hospital admission, specialist consultation, or safe discharge
- Education: Degree in Medicine (MD, DO, or MBBS) with a valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Specialization: Completed specialized residency training in Emergency Medicine and/or an appropriate board certification
- Life Support Certifications: Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are mandatory.
- Skills: Strong crisis management abilities, high stamina for rotating shift work (including nights and holidays), and excellent diagnostic skills across multiple medical disciplines
