Job Description
- Design and produce creative content for digital and print platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Plan and execute visual content for the company’s social media channels
- Coordinate and manage the social media content calendar, including scheduling posts and ensuring timely publishing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop post concepts and select appropriate visuals and copy
- Arrange or draft basic write-ups for posts and campaigns in coordination with the relevant teams
- Take photographs of products, events, and company activities for use in digital content
- Review and finalize all visual materials, ensuring high-quality output and error-free publishing
- Assist in basic video editing or motion design for digital campaigns when required
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, digital media partners, etc.) when needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Regularly update and support content needs for the company website under GM’s guidance
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the GM or management team
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Art & Design or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and other design tools is a plus
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
