Job Description
- responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the drilling plan, crew supervision, and equipment maintenance, ensuring production and injection wells are completed on budget and on schedule
- responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant drilling of geothermal wells
- Supervises, trains, and mentors a team of drillers, assistant drillers, and floorhands to ensure peak operational performance.
- Directs all rig floor and well-site operations, including rig mobilization, rigging-up, drilling, casing, and rig-down processes
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- IWCF LEVEL 4 OR IADC SUPERVISOR,DRILLMEC/HH CERTIFIED MUST HAVE DRILLMEC EXPERIENCE OR GEOTHERMAL
- 10+ years in drilling operations, with a specific focus on high-temperature geothermal wells or deep oil and gas drilling.
